Data Analysis

General Trace

This highlights some different ways of viewing the data collected including 3D plots, colour coded signal to noise ratio segments and also standardised reports.

Overlay

The video below shows how you can easily display a number of different facets of the data collected on one trace array. This includes the trace, the colour coded SNR and peak latencies.

 

Grouping

This demo shows how the trace can be grouped to give a concentric rings grouping.

Averaging

This demo introduces the different modes of averaging the Multifocal Imager 3GEN is capable of.
